Following the success of our flagship location, we are preparing to launch our second restaurant in Nashville. We are seeking a dedicated, high\-energy \*\*General Manager (GM)\*\* or \*\*Assistant General Manager (AGM)\*\* to join our opening team. This role is for an operator who thrives in the "opening phase"—building systems, setting the culture, and executing high\-volume service with a focus on our signature high\-hydration dough and artisanal menu. You will work closely with ownership to ensure the second location embodies the standards, hospitality, and operational excellence of the original Sho. The Role as key member of our opening team, you will be responsible for: Pre\-Opening Operations: Assisting with site\-specific workflows, hiring and training the initial service team, and establishing floor layouts for optimal table turns and guest flow.
