The Vice President, Corporate Controller is a senior finance executive and strategic business partner to the Chief Financial Officer responsible for leading all accounting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, technical accounting, and financial governance functions across the enterprise. As a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, this role provides executive leadership and oversight of corporate accounting operations while ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and scalable processes that support Smart Care's continued growth and value creation objectives. The VP, Corporate Controller serves as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team, driving enterprise\-wide financial discipline and supporting strategic decision\-making through accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.
