Kitchell is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Senior Project Engineer** to join our **Southern** **California** region in **Fullerton** and build a long\-term career at one of the most innovative and growth\-oriented building companies in the United States. **Overview** Reports to the Project Manager and assist with the Construction Management services over a ground\-up $100M capital project on a community college campus in Orange County, CA. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide project support with the construction documentation process which includes RFI’s, Submittals, Change Orders, Schedules, and Warranties/Operations/Maintenance manuals * Participate in As\-Built documentation processes while in construction and at Closeout * Assist with all DSA documentation during construction in preparation for Closeout/Certification * Assist with verbal and written communications to the District, Architects, and Contractors * Maintain project documents through completion and certification * Participate in coordination of project meetings and prepare and distribute meeting minutes * Assist with performing change order analysis * Assist with project Punchlist development, tracking,...
