**OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (FRONT OF HOUSE) — Ian Munsick's Cowboy Bar \& Western Grill** Inside The Landmark Hotel \& Casino · Deadwood, South Dakota Full\-Time · Salary $60,000–$65,000 (based on relevant experience and availability) **ABOUT US** Ian Munsick grew up on a working ranch in Sheridan, Wyoming, and this restaurant is his love letter to Western life. We are looking for a leader who lives that. **THE ROLE** The Operations Supervisor is a full\-time, on\-site leadership role focused on FRONT OF HOUSE service. You will be the steady presence on the floor every shift: touching tables, supporting the team, spotting pinch points before they become problems, and making sure every server, host, bartender and expo has what they need to win. You report directly to our FOH \& Dual Outlets Manager, who oversees scheduling, overall FOH operations and the bar programs at both the Landmark and the IMCB.
