**Job Description Summary** =========================== The Service Director will oversee the service operations within a designated geographic area (Pacific Northwest), ensuring the delivery of high\-quality service and support for biomedical equipment within partnering customer sites. This role involves managing a team of Biomedical Technicians, coordinating service activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and the optimal performance of equipment. The Service Director will lead a team of biomedical technicians who are located at strategic customer sites. The preferred candidate will be required to reside in the Pacific Northwest service area.
