This role oversees facility operations, preventive maintenance programs, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, capital improvement projects, vendor and contractor relationships, and facility\-related budgets. The position supervises staff, manages building systems and infrastructure, coordinates safety training and emergency response activities, and ensures compliance with CARF, MDHHS, MIOSHA, ADA, and other applicable standards.
