**About the Job:****Job Summary:** In this role, you will be responsible for the cost engineering and cost analysis/control activities for projects with significant non\-routine requirements which require a high degree of technical skill. You will prepare cost reconciliations, review cost trends, and develop and implement project requirements for cost control. Your detailed analysis will provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges. **\#LI\-SM2\.** **Major Responsibilities:*** Establishes, maintains and monitors project budgets, change management, cost monitoring, cost variance analysis, quantity and craft labor reporting (QURR), and other periodic cost reports. * Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency. * Prepares and ensures accuracy of the project cashflow and revenue earnings. Assists with PwC semi yearly project audit. * Ensures accuracy in the cost coding of budgets and actuals. * Performs budgets allocation in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
