Restaurant Operations Manager **Biscuits \& Buns — New Orleans, LA** **Pay:** $20–$24 per hour, based on experience **Job Type:** Full\-time **Expected Hours:** 40–45 hours per week **Schedule:** Day shifts, weekends required, occasional evenings **Work Location:** In person — Two New Orleans locations About Biscuits \& Buns Biscuits \& Buns is a growing, locally owned restaurant brand with two New Orleans locations. We're looking for an experienced, dependable, hands\-on Restaurant Operations Manager to help oversee daily operations, lead our teams, and maintain consistent standards across both restaurants. Our ownership team is actively involved in daily operations. We're seeking a strong second\-in\-command who can take responsibility, make sound decisions, and ensure the restaurants operate smoothly without constant supervision. This is not a desk management position. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, solving problems, and keeping the team focused.
