**Job Summary** Sparkle Logistics LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results\-driven **Operations Lead** to oversee our daily delivery operations, fleet management, and team performance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth dispatch processes, optimizing route capacity, managing company assets, and maintaining strict compliance with local, state, DOT, and Amazon standards.
