This position will partner closely with the SBU functional and plant leaders providing guidance and support regarding most financial matters. The Operations Controller will help build a team and support multiple plants (3\+) across the business. In addition to hands on management of financial processes and performance management, the Controller will contribute, and in some areas, provide leadership in strategic initiative deployment.
