This position reports to the Project Manager. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES* Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff * Oversees the daily workflow of the department * Oversees Time and Attendance duties, e.g., approving timecards * Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations * Provides Management direction and counseling * Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Prepare or oversee the design of the Outside Plant Fiber Network from beginning with Design through to a fully constructible job package to final As\-Built completion in associated inventory systems * Solicit, negotiate, and award installation jobs * Manage the project materials procurement cycle * Monitor installation subcontractor performance in accordance with: + SoW, Schedule, Budget, and Quality * Prepare and submit s...
