Big city ideas, small town service, and a team that takes real pride in the places we help build. **The Role** We're looking for a licensed Texas Professional Engineer to lead civil design projects, manage client relationships, and mentor our design staff. You'll work from our Fredericksburg office on real, local projects. **What You'll Do** \- Lead civil design projects from scope through sealed plans \- Prepare, review, and seal plans, reports, and calculations \- Prepare scopes, fee estimates, and proposals \- Design roadway, drainage, water, and wastewater improvements \- Coordinate with counties, cities, FEMA, TCEQ, and TxDOT \- Supervise and mentor EITs, designers, and drafters \- Manage client relationships **What We're Looking For** \- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET\-accredited program \- Active Texas PE license \- 4\+ years of civil engineering experience in transportation and public infrastructure \- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D (and HEC\-RAS or similar) \- Strong written and verbal...
