**Director of Philanthropy** **Lead fundraising. Build relationships. Change lives.** Macon Resources, Inc. (MRI) is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Philanthropy to lead all fundraising and development efforts in support of our mission. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the Director of Philanthropy is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve fundraising goals through major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, grants, special events, capital campaigns, and other private funding opportunities. This position cultivates and maintains relationships with donors, identifies new funding sources, manages donor databases, writes and oversees grant proposals, and inspires supporters to invest in MRI's mission. In addition to fundraising leadership, the Director of Philanthropy oversees public relations, marketing, community outreach, website content, customer service initiatives, and internal communications to strengthen MRI's visibility and community impact.
