**ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER** **The Country Club \| Pepper Pike, Ohio** **THE OPPORTUNITY** The Country Club is seeking its next Assistant General Manager. This is an opportunity to join an experienced leadership team at a Club with a long history, high standards, and an active membership. The AGM will play an important role in the Club’s day to day operation. Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager is a key member of the senior management team with primary responsibilities for day to day clubhouse operations. The AGM will oversee food and beverage, fitness, aquatics, housekeeping, locker rooms, valet, overnight rooms, and related member services while remaining involved across the broader Club operation. We are looking for a visible and approachable leader who enjoys being around members and staff and understands that the details matter. The right person will bring strong hospitality experience, sound judgment, follow through, and a genuine interest in developing people.
