The team coordinates closely with field personnel, emergency response teams, and internal partners to manage both planned and unplanned outages, including large\-scale storm and Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events. This is a 24/7 operation that requires continuous coverage to support system reliability, emergency response, and customer restoration efforts.
