The position serves as the primary accounting liaison among the investment adviser entities, fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, and other service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective operational execution. This role maintains oversight of fund accounting activities performed by third\-party fund administrators while helping ensure compliance with applicable SEC, Investment Company Act, and Investment Advisers Act requirements.
