**Position Summary:** The CHW Training Lead will oversee the planning, development, and delivery of the CHW Certification Program. This role ensures high\-quality, evidence\-based instruction that prepares participants for employment in clinics, hospitals, schools, care coordination agencies, home visitation programs, and other health programs. The Training Lead will mentor instructors, train staff, trainers, and students in the curriculum, coordinate program logistics, implement quality improvement measures, assist in translating program materials, issue certifications, monitor continuing education, and represent the program at community and partner locations as needed. This position is part\-time, and state travel may be required as needed.
