**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- We are seeking a Financial Management Staff (E4\) – Portfolio Lead to join the F\-22 Program Finance team. This staff\-level position will lead a portfolio within F\-22 Sustainment, helping ensure its financial plans, forecasts and business rhythm support program objectives. The Portfolio Lead will guide a team of analysts through day\-to\-day activities and the month\-end business rhythm. Responsibilities include setting priorities, reviewing work, providing clear direction, coaching and helping the team resolve issues and meet deadlines. The role will oversee the portfolio’s financial performance, including budget execution, forecasts, cost and funding positions and emerging risks or opportunities. The Portfolio Lead will identify issues early, develop practical recommendations and communicate financial impacts clearly to leadership. The Portfolio Lead will regularly engage with counterparts in the Program Office, Contracts and the U.S. Air Force.
