Description

Sargent is looking for an experienced Field Maintenance Foreman to lead equipment repair and support across our active jobsites throughout New England. You'll turn a wrench yourself when it counts — on the tough calls or when field capacity requires it — but day to day, you're managing people, priorities, and the response to field service calls across the region. You'll report to the Equipment Superintendent – North, who is your direct supervisor and the person you'll go to for cross\-project priorities and support — but day to day, you'll coordinate directly with job superintendents and foremen on active projects, so equipment issues get resolved at the speed the jobsite needs. You'll also work closely with the Shop Foreman – North, Dispatch, and OEM/dealer service partners to keep our crews running. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Direct field mechanics' daily assignm...
