Job Summary 1\-800\-PACK\-RAT LLC is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily facility, transportation, inventory, and customer service operations. This position works closely with the operations team to coordinate schedules, maintain efficient workflows, and ensure customers receive reliable service. Responsibilities * Support daily operations and facility activities. * Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with drivers and customers. * Assist with staffing, workflow, and daily task assignments. * Monitor inventory, containers, equipment, and facility activities. * Help resolve customer service and operational issues. * Maintain accurate operational records and reports. * Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and customer service teams. * Support safety, quality, and company operating procedures. * Identify workflow issues and assist with process improvements. * Provide day\-to\-day support to operations staff and management.
