We are looking for an experienced **Commercial Project Manager / Estimator** who knows how to **estimate a tenant finish\-out, manage the job, work directly with subcontractors, and keep the client happy**. We are a commercial General Contractor primarily serving **San Antonio, Austin, and the surrounding Central South Texas area**, with projects throughout Texas, including Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, and the Rio Grande Valley. Our primary work consists of: * Commercial tenant improvements and finish\-outs * Retail remodels * Restaurant construction and remodels * Commercial renovations * Occasional ground\-up commercial construction We are looking for someone who has **real\-world experience estimating and managing this type of work.** **This Is NOT Just an Estimating Position** The person in this role will work closely with our owner and take ownership of projects from **initial estimate through completion**.
