**POSITION OVERVIEW:** The EHS Coordinator will be responsible for following the direction of the EHS Manager in administering the EHS Program on a floor level. The EHS Coordinator will be the primary interface with floor personnel, and will work to ensure all EHS goals, and objectives are communicated properly. **KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple TAS facilities within the Houston Area to address site specific needs. * Requires close collaboration with production leadership (day/night shift), as well as EHS coordinators across all shifts and all sites. * Conduct daily shop walk throughs. * Encourage Pro\-Active Hazard Identification and Mitigation through ensuring employee participation in consistent Behavior Based Safety program including the use of observation cards, trend analysis, and The SAFE Way program. * Work with Supervisors and Leads to develop effective JSA’s * Stay abreast of existing and proposed laws, regulations, standards, and regulatory guidance (and proposed changes) to assess applicability, and advise EHS Manager on the implications, and makes suggestions to update the TAS EHS Program to ensure continued compliance. * U...
