**Positional will cover Clinical (MA) and Medical Secretary duties (FLOAT)** **POSITION STANDARDS:** * Associates degree and/or at least three years previous clinical experience in medical practice preferred. * Must act in a professional and courteous manner with the public, patients, co\-workers, and providers at all times. * Experience with computer applications required. * Excellent interpersonal skills required. * Critical thinking skills and independent judgement a must. * Medical terminology knowledge and experience in out\-patient clinic setting preferred. * Proficient and flexible to work in multiple practices a must. * Must be able to work independently or with little guidance. * A team leader within a dedicated medical practice. * Detail oriented with the ability to multitask. * Assist with patient inquiries. * Certification/registration in Medical Assisting * Demonstrates in all aspects in clinical competencies **SUMMARY AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** NOTE: Medical Assistants function under the provider’s license. **Position may require the ability to float to multiple physician practices performing both clinical and clerical tasks as determined by need as appropriate per pr...
