Pop Step is a growing RV products company based in Nazareth, PA. We have the products, customers and opportunities. Now we need someone who can help us capitalize on them. We're looking for a hands\-on **Marketing \& Growth Manager** who can take ownership of our marketing and help us scale. This position will start part\-time at approximately 20 hours per week, with the goal of growing into a full\-time leadership role. What you'll be doing * Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies * Improve our website, e\-commerce experience and conversion * Manage and optimize Meta and Google advertising * Improve SEO and organic search visibility * Build a stronger, more consistent social media presence * Develop email marketing and customer retention campaigns * Establish and track meaningful KPIs * Develop campaigns for existing products and new product launches * Create and coordinate content, photography and video * Support trade shows, influencers, retail and distributor marketing * Identify opportunities we're currently missing This is a small, growing company, so strategy and execution are part of the same job.
