**GVI Inc,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Program Manager** in **Washington, DC.** **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve as the primary contractor management interface with the CO and COR; * Oversee performance of personnel across all contract locations; * Assign and coordinate contractor resources to meet contract requirements; * Ensure qualified personnel are assigned to required locations; * Supervise contractor management activities and ensure appropriate contractor supervision of IRS personnel; * Manage workload, schedules, staffing coverage, vacancies, personnel transitions, and replace actions; * Monitor contact performance and address identified performance issues; * Oversee implementation of the contractor’s Quality Control Plan (QCP); * Ensure formal work products receive appropriate contractor quality review before Government submission; * Monitor required personnel qualifications, security eligibility, training, and access status; * Coordinate contractor responses to Government requirements and priorities; * Track contractual deliverable, due dates, risks, corrective actions, and open issues;...
