**ABOUT IAC:** Inter Agency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc. (IAC) champions, supports and advises over 160 member organizations that are New York’s leading providers of support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. **IAC is looking to hire an Accountant to join our finance team!** The Accountant provides support to the CFO with all general accounting functions including preparing monthly journal entries, maintaining account reconciliations and support, and preparing bank reconciliations. In addition, the Accountant will assist in analyzing financial information and will preparing financial reports. **LOCATION/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:** * This is currently a HYBRID (In\-Person/Remote) position based in Manhattan, NY. * The number of days required to work on\-site is subject to change. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * BA or BS College degree in related field * 3\-5 years of general accounting experience, not\-for\-profit experience preferred * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point * Able to handle sensitive infor...
