Description: **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide day\-to\-day IT support, documentation, hardware and software configuration, and assist with security compliance activities. This position will work closely with the Systems Administrator and Information Systems Security Manager to provide reliable user support while helping keep systems aligned with security requirements. **This is a full\-time, on\-site position located at our Headquarters in Lexington Park, MD.** **Job Functions:** * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows systems, Microsoft 365, printers, network connectivity, VPN access, user accounts, and other approved business applications. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, authentication, and workstation issues and escalate complex issues when appropriate. * Assist with user account management, device configuration, and access management. * Review vulnerability scan results, track remediation activities, and assist with validating vulnerability closure. * Monitor security alerts, logs, authentication activity, malware detections, and other security events and escalate suspected incidents to senior cybersecurity personnel. *...
