Operations Manager, Ecommerce Marketing Agency (Remote) Run the agency so the founder can build it. We're a seven\-figure ecommerce marketing agency on our way to $2–3M, and we need the person who makes that growth feel calm instead of chaotic. You'll get the keys to how the agency runs: people, process, capacity and the money side of ops. You'll also get a founder who actually wants to let go of them. **About Us** One 10 Media isn't just another eCommerce growth agency. We run Meta and Google Ads and Klaviyo email and SMS retention for DTC brands. We're a top Klaviyo partner. We're a fully remote team of 10\+ who have been working together for several years. We're proactive, we say the thing even when it's uncomfortable, and we work with no egos and no silos. **The Role** You'll run day\-to\-day operations and report directly to our Founder \& CEO, which frees him to focus on growth.
