Description: Florida Urology Partners \| Davis Islands, Wesley Chapel, Plant City and Riverview, Florida The Assistant Administrator position reports directly to the Regional Practice Administrator over the Davis Island, Riverview, Plant City and Wesley Chapel locations of Florida Urology Partners. The Assistant Administrator is directly responsible for the support and facilitation of the daily operations of the clinical locations in scope of the assigned division. The Assistant Administrator will work collectively and in a supportive capacity to the Physicians in the office, Advanced Practice Practitioners and Regional Practice Administrator. The ideal Candidate will have had exposure to and experience with clinical operations and compliance as well as team member management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in healthcare operations, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast\-paced medical practice. The Assistant Administrator will be required to visit the multiple clinical locations within the division, as needed and required as part of the nature of the role.
