**Job Summary** --------------- This position serves as the Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across Acute Care and Transitions of Care. The Manager is accountable for service\-line performance, clinical and operational quality, regulatory readiness, medication\-use safety, financial stewardship, workforce planning, and staff development. Working closely with the Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer of Inpatient Pharmacy Services, the Assistant Chief Pharmacy Officer of Inpatient Clinical Services, and other Pharmacy Leadership, the Manager identifies improvement opportunities, implements sustainable solutions, advances clinical pharmacy practice, and promotes operational effectiveness and efficiency. The Manager ensures clinical pharmacy services comply with state and federal regulations, Joint Commission standards, professional practice standards, University and department policies, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. The Manager serves as hiring manager and direct supervisor for clinical pharmacists, technician supervisors, and assigned pharmacy personnel within the Acute Care and Transitions of Care pharmacy teams.
