Description

The Geotechnical Engineer is responsible for supporting land development projects through subsurface investigations, geotechnical analysis, and construction\-phase engineering services. This role involves evaluating soil, rock, and groundwater conditions to provide recommendations for foundations, earthwork, retaining structures, pavement design, and overall site feasibility. The Geotechnical Engineer collaborates closely with civil engineers, surveyors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are designed and constructed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards. The Geotechnical Engineer will coordinate field investigations, prepare technical reports and recommendations, assist with permitting and construction support services, and contribute to project delivery from initial site evaluation through construction closeout.
