**About us** Forth Group is a property management company located in Chicago serving community associations in downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. We are looking for smart hard working individuals that value opportunity commensurate to your effort. Salaries range between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience and skills. Full benefits package; medical, dental, vision, disability, life, matched 401k, paid PTO \& holidays. This position would entail working full\-time (40 hours per week) on\-site at a high\-rise building. The Community Manager will be expected to work at their assigned building and will report to the Board of Directors for their specific property. Management of the association includes working with their Board Members on supervision of all employees/vendors, homeowner relations, and coordination of professional services, administration, administration of maintenance and operations.
