The Sr P3 Construction Outreach/Communications Specialist is an embedded, field\-based communications and public engagement professional who works directly alongside construction project teams, development teams, and the project owner to support and oversee planning, coordinating and implementing communications, stakeholder engagement and public involvement activities. Based at an assigned project field location, the Sr. P3COCS serves as a critical communications connection between construction activities, project leadership, stakeholders and the public.
