**Job Overview:** **Weatherford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Houston.** The Senior Recruiter is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA\-COE) within the Global Human Resources function and is responsible for delivering experienced talent across engineering, operations, manufacturing, technical, corporate, and support functions. As a trusted talent advisor, this role partners closely with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to develop and execute recruitment strategies that support operational priorities and strategic workforce plans. The Senior Recruiter serves as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing market intelligence, assessment expertise, and consultative guidance to secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
