We're looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own the day\-to\-day marketing engine behind our online store. You'll run our email and SMS program in Klaviyo, build and maintain the marketing calendar, partner closely with our Content Production Manager on campaign assets, social channels, and keep the website's marketing pages and merchandising current. This is a hands\-on, execution\-focused role for someone who likes owning a calendar end to end and moving fluidly between channels. This role reports to the CEO/Owner of Ski Town All\-Stars. **Location:** Remote **Key Responsibilities** **Email \& SMS (Klaviyo)** * Build, schedule and send campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post\-purchase, win\-back) * Segment and grow the customer list; manage deliverability and list hygiene * A/B test subject lines, send times and content; report on open, click and revenue metrics **Marketing Calendar** * Own and maintain the master marketing calendar across email, SMS, social, promotions and site updates * Plan campaigns around product launches, promotions, seasonal moments and inventory * Keep cross\-functional stakeholders aligned on what's shipping and when * Align ...
