Overview Join our Long\-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy team as a **Verification Pharmacist**, where your clinical expertise and attention to detail will directly support medication safety and quality of care for residents in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other long\-term care settings. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing and verifying medication orders, ensuring appropriate drug therapy, and maintaining compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations. You will work closely with pharmacy technicians, nurses, prescribers, and facility staff to ensure medications are processed safely, efficiently, and according to each resident’s individualized needs.
