The Accounting Manager oversees the Company’s day\-to\-day recording of financial transactions, manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting and finance needs, supports monthly financial reporting, and maintains a weekly scorecard. This position will report directly to the Owner. https://www.kustompumps.com/pages/about.aspx **Reports To:** Matt Barbara – Owner **Direct Report:** Office Manager **Key Accountabilities** The primary responsibilities for the Accounting Manager include: * Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting and financial transactions daily. * Review Accounts Receivable reports and assist with collections. * Enter invoices for Accounts Payable. * Manage daily cash flows and be a steward of company resources. * Reconcile revenue reports from Pump Magic to revenue recorded in QuickBooks. * Reconcile diesel fuel usage and allocate costs to the appropriate areas of the business. * Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. * File Sales Tax Returns. * Work with outsourced service providers on the review of monthly/quarterly financial reporting, fixed asset and depreciation recording, and other finance department needs....
