**Social Worker\-MSW LCSW** =========================== **Job Description** ------------------- **Overview** **Position Title: Social Worker\-MSW LCSW** **Location: Riley Hospital** **Shift: Full\-Time Day Shift** **Position Summary** The Social Worker \- MSW/LCSW meets face\-to\-face with patients and families at Riley Hospital and serves as a resource and role model for students, interns, LBSWs, and LSWs. This role partners with the clinical team to develop treatment plans that address psychosocial issues, consults with other providers on mental health diagnoses, and collaborates across the care team to ensure patients and families receive safe, timely services and necessary resources and education. The Social Worker also leads on complex discharge planning, serves as the point person for abuse, neglect, and domestic violence cases, and provides specialized mental health services such as crisis intervention and de\-escalation, including in dangerous or acute crisis situations. **Key Responsibilities** Meets face\-to\-face with patients and families.
