**Location:** This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. **The Opportunity** Praxis is hiring a highly organized, proactive **Manager, Regional \& Field Events** to manage our regional meetings across both areas of disease, along with advocacy and patient\-family conferences. This multifaceted portfolio requires disciplined tracking, strong attention to detail, and dependable execution across concurrent priorities. You will manage the day\-to\-day portfolio from end to end—from sponsorship processing and budget tracking to field support, vendors, materials, and event logistics. Working closely with Field Sales, Field Medical, and Patient Advocacy, you will anticipate needs, keep commitments moving, identify risks early, and ensure teams have what they need when they need it.
