Description

We are seeking a **Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN)** to provide oversight and supervisory services for a Florida\-licensed non\-medical home health agency. This role supports client safety, caregiver supervision, and regulatory compliance in accordance with the **Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)** requirements. This position focuses on assessments, supervision, and documentation and does **not** include routine skilled nursing services. **Responsibilities** * Conduct initial, periodic, and as\-needed RN assessments for clients receiving personal care services * Perform required supervisory visits of home health aides and certified nursing assistants in accordance with Florida regulations * Review and update client care/service plans as appropriate * Monitor changes in client condition and communicate concerns to agency leadership, families, or healthcare providers * Provide education and guidance to caregivers related to client safety and care needs * Perform caregiver skills competency evaluations * Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and agency policies * Complete accurate and timely documentation * Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities...
