**Job Overview:** Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our heavy highway construction team for our Laredo, TX office. The Project Engineer will support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing various phases of highway and infrastructure projects. This role involves assisting in cost control, scheduling, document management, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
