J.W. Design \& Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day to day management of the project. Working closely with our dynamic team, the Project Manager will coordinate with the Design Team and subcontractors to drive the project forward seamlessly. The Project Manager’s leadership will guide the efforts of the Project Engineer and Construction Superintendent, ensuring all project requirements are met efficiently and within budgetary constraints. **Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Reviews plans and specifications to determine the entire scope of the project and its scheduling requirements for subcontractors, materials and labor in order to acquire a thorough working knowledge of the project documents; understanding as much about what is in the project documents as what is not. * Develops and maintains the overall project schedule. * Ensures all changes to contract documents are approved by the Architect and Owner, as well as AHJ, when appropriate; * Requests pricing and durations for changes from impacted subcontractors; compiles a change order request from Owner; tracks all changes that impact the critical path. * R...
