**Job Function \& Purpose: SUPERIOR PARTS \& ACCESSORY SUPPORT TO SATISFY** **CUSTOMERS**. Fulfill customer needs by managing the Parts Department resulting in value, excellent parts fill rates and assistance, with a high degree of product, customer, and dealership satisfaction. To represent and promote the Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental Department operations and store network in a positive manner, which assures customer confidence, repeat business, and maximum return for the Dealership. Managerial Skills – Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work. Identifying the best people for the job. Able to supply coaching, training, processes, and work ethics for department staff. Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits. Conduct annual performance evaluations. Financial – Ability to control expenses, review departmental financials, measure sales, gross profit, expenses, and take appropriate action.
