**Role Overview** Seeking a **Clinical Pharmacist** to provide high\-quality pharmaceutical care in a fast\-paced **Emergency Department** environment. Responsibilities include * assessing, monitoring, initiating, and modifying medication therapy * ensuring accurate medication preparation and dispensing * resolving medication\-related issues * supervising support staff * educating patients and staff on drug therapy * managing procurement, storage, and disposal of medications . The role involves * evaluating medication orders for appropriateness * participating in departmental meetings and committees * serving as a drug therapy resource and * promoting safety and efficiency in medication use. **Qualifications \& Skills** + Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy + Minimum of 2 years of experience; supervisory experience not required + Licensed as a Pharmacist and certified for Medication Therapy Services in MO + Preferred: Doctorate in Pharmacy with 2\-5 years of experience**Key Attributes** + Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail + Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams + Leadership in medication safety practices
