Description

The Construction Project Manager for our client who specializes in underground utilities are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards. This position requires a large percent of the travel. Responsibilities include: * Supervising and coordinating all construction activities on\-site * Must have 5 years of Project Management experience in civil construction preferably with underground utilities and/or technology/ electrical and fiber in nature. * Monitors budget/ Cost throughout the project and communicates variances as they occur. * Ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards * Managing and coordinating subcontractor activities * Monitoring project progress and conducting regular site meetings * Managing and tracking project schedules and budgets * Preparing and submitting daily progress reports * Collaborating with the Project Manager to resolve any issues or disputes * Ensuring timely and accurate communication with project stakeholders * Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company pol...
