We are currently seeking an Assistant Controller to provide financial leadership and oversight across Robert High Development LLC \& Pinnacle Storage. This role is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, project management support, compliance, and internal controls, Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership * Oversee all accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and project profitability tracking * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/) and applicable industry regulations * Manage and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funding for ongoing projects Financial Reporting \& Analysis * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) for senior management * Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for multiple entities.
