We raise money locally, invest it in partner agencies and community programs, and tell the stories of the people those investments reach. We are a small, lean team in a rebuilding and exciting season, with a refreshed donor database, new systems, and a 75th anniversary campaign underway. **Position Summary** The Operations \& Marketing Manager keeps the office running, owns the CRM and gift processing, carries out the campaign and communications work the Executive Director plans and writes, and is the day\-to\-day owner of our everyday technology, with outside IT for anything specialized. This is a mid\-level, hands\-on role, not an executive assistant position. It calls for someone who can build clear, durable structure around loosely defined processes with minimal supervision, and who shares an essentialist mindset: “less but better.” **Status \+ Compensation** Reports to the Executive Director.
