You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, effective medication therapy and help improve outcomes for patients in a hospital setting. **What You'll Do*** Review and verify medication orders for safety and accuracy. * Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication management support. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. * Monitor patient outcomes and promote medication safety. * Support pharmacy operations, compliance, and workflow excellence. **What We're Looking For** **Required:*** PharmD, BS Pharmacy, or equivalent pharmacy degree. * Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing. **Preferred:*** Hospital pharmacy experience. * Behavioral health experience. * Experience with automated dispensing cabinets. **Schedule Highlights*** Flexible per diem coverage. * Day shifts available Monday\-Friday, 8:00 AM\-4:00 PM. * Opportunity to participate in evening and weekend on\-call coverage.
