### **Position Summary:** The Account Manager – Midlevel, will be responsible for managing client accounts and projects for existing and new business. This position will pursue and promote total client satisfaction by proactively establishing a sound business relationship between the client and Synergistix.### **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Serve as primary point of contact for all client related matters. * Manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks among those clients internally. * Gather client business requirements and translate into cost estimates, proposals and specifications, engaging Professional Services as necessary. * Run client status meetings and create detailed meeting minutes. * Provide oversight, follow\-up and measure success for implementing projects. * Foster client partnerships to ensure joint alignment of short and long\-term goals. * Serve as an internal client advocate and coordinate day\-to\-day operational tasks and client interactions. * Follow\-through on all matters related to billing for client services. * Provide client feedback to internal technical groups in relation to new products or services and improvements to existing products or s...
