**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- You will be the Project Engineering Associate Manager for the Apache Fire Control (AFC) Depot Operations team. Our team is responsible for directing and integrating AFC repair operations, supporting Longbow Fire Control Radar sustainment, and ensuring high‑performance service for over 1,200 Apache aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the Project Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading engineering projects, overseeing depot repair activities, and driving customer‑focused solutions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Plan, organize, and control engineering projects and AFC repair operations. * Coordinate with program directors, managers, and customers to align sustainment contracts. * Supervise and develop staff, handling recruitment, training, performance assessments, and recognition. * Develop and implement long‑term depot and sustainment strategies to grow the business. * Manage integration of factory and off‑site operations, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
